The eyes have it!

Eyebobs Trunk Show
A collection of 150 frames
August 30-September 2

Every 8 seconds, someone turns 40. Eyes over the age of 40 begin to lose their flexibility, which makes focusing at close range more difficult (also called presbyopia).

No, you don’t need longer arms, more light or a large type menu.  Diet, exercise and cryogenics will not stave off this condition. We hate to break it to you, but reading glasses are inevitable.

You’re stylish, smart and sassy -- and your eyewear should be, too.  We’ve got styles and colors to suit every mood, from dignified classics to big, bold and bright.  We’ve got sunglass readers to keep you looking stylish while reading outdoors.  Need prescription glasses? Convert your Eyebobs into prescription eyewear!

Eyebobs range from the avant garde to buttoned-up conservative, all with a slightly tongue-in-cheek attitude.  Eyebobs firmly believes that your style should be sharp -- even if your vision isn’t.

June + Happenings!

we love to enjoy our summers inside and out!

We are traveling 2 blocks north on Limestone this Thursday for
Ultimate Girls' Night Out!!
June 28, 7-10 pm
skinnygirl and several merchants will join us to have a fun evening of sipping, socializing, shopping and supporting Cardinal Hill Hospital Junior Board.
Tickets are $25 and may be purchased at the door or advance tickets
We just wrapped up a great evening with KET at Donamire Farm.
Don & Mira Ball, once again, provided a beautiful venue for a Summer celebration: Rhinestone Rodeo.
With the help of  Pine Cone Hill and Dash & Albert,
Mulberry & Lime was able to donate this linen mix with a
great color combination of neutral charcoal and plum.
Winding down this afternoon... I worked on a little housekeeping and took cleaning supplies & squeegee to our display windows across the street. While cleaning these large plates of glass I realized that my Great Grandfather Hannibal, Uncle Hugo, Leo and John may have spent a summer afternoon doing the same.  The windows showcased meats, that they offered for sale which would have been displayed on ice. The type of products sold have changed but the passion for working with clients remains the same.
...as well as some of the names...I have found several ledger books from the Buchignani Meat Market listing customers that are the great grandparents, aunts & uncles of Mulberry & Lime clients. Cool!

Relive some history Monday, July 2nd on a walking tour of Constitution Street.  Sponsored by BGT deTours, meet at Mulberry & Lime at 5:30 pm and walk the neighborhood.
Socializing to follow at Columbia's Restaurant.BGT deTours

Enjoy! and please remember to hydrate!
